Some of you might have received flyers in the mail promoting the Texas Prevention First Act, a measure proposed in both the House and the Senate as HB 1842 and SB 837. HB 1842 made it to the General State Calendar in early May, but no further action was taken. SB 837 was left pending in Committee.
