We also support effective programs designed to provide treatment and rehabilitation for the drug addict and related family. We support effective drug and alcohol education in all schools.

We affirm the public's right to live and work in a smoke-free environment, and support reasonable and effective laws to protect the personal rights of nonsmokers.
