• Rating more effective than writing a check because it allows employees to take out smaller and manageable amounts within a year time period
• Making giving a convenient and secure process
• Building consistency, which helps Texas Physicians Resource Council plan for the future
• Making you feel like a workplace philanthropist

How to Give at Your Workplace

Employees can participate in workplace giving through:

• Matching Gifts: It is becoming commonplace for companies to provide a matching gift program and set aside money to support different nonprofit charities. Companies participate in the program by matching or sometimes even tripling a donation made by an employee to a charitable organization. To find out if your company offers this plan, simply request a gift application from your personnel department. This program is also accessible if you are a retiree.
  
  
• Corporate Giving Campaigns: Many companies participate in workplace giving through United Way campaigns. These giving campaigns enable their employees to make a difference in local and national charities. Your company's giving campaign may provide you the opportunity to give to Texas Physicians Resource Council.
