How to Give Through Wills and Bequests
Texas Physicians Resource Council realizes that this is an important step. To help you with this process, we provide informational brochures produced by Focus on the Family. These guides, which can assist you in preparing your will and building a family legacy, include:
"How To Make A Will That Works" - a great questions-and-answers brochure that is very informative for people who are just starting the will preparation process and dealing with long-term distribution of property to family, friends, and charitable interests.
"Giving Through Your Will" - a booklet that outlines some of the many ways in which you might consider including a charitable gift in your will or other estate plans. It is also very helpful in your preparation of a list of your people, property, plans, and planners that need to be identified before you meet with your attorney.
"15 Questions To Discuss with Your Spouse before You Meet with Your Lawyer" - a great tool to help you and your spouse identify some key questions before you sit down with your lawyer.
"Designing a Family Stewardship Philosophy" - an enlightening paper designed to help people pass along a legacy to future generations through their estate plans.
Please feel free to contact us at 972-423-8889 if you would like a copy of any one of these informational brochures.
